choice of camel, beef, lamb, pork, chicken and then a smorgasbord of baked vegetables, scalloped potatoes, beans, broccoli and a full salad bar.
They are very generous with their portions of meat and slice the meat on request.
The hotel opens for dinner at 6:00p.m. and by 6;30 the place is packed, so get there early.
The musical entertainment is very enjoyable as well as a reptile show where Chris from the local reptile park brings many of his snakes and reptiles for people to pet and hold. He also shares his information regarding snake bites and what to do if you are unlucky enough to be bitten by one.
We ate here three times and enjoyed ourselves tremendously each night.
